About ISM
ISM was established in February of 2007 and started representing our first principals in April of 2007. Jerry Hilf and Scott Jury founded the business and remain working partners today.
Collectively, Jerry and Scott have many years experience in the industry. Prior to starting the sales agency both partners were employed direct for primary manufacturers; working with the same channels of distribution as ISM. This experience and knowledge of the industry allows ISM to provide superior sales and marketing services to the distributors we serve and the principals we represent.
ISM has experienced steady growth
since 2007. In 2010 we opened the ISM office and a training facility, adding more directed sales, marketing and training capabilities and initiatives; along with Mary Jo Vanost, office manager. In 2011, ISM added a additional experienced professional saleman located in eastern Iowa. We welcomed Jeff Kranzler; a working associate of ours for many years with similar industry experience and personal integrity as the other ISM associates.
The Mission of ISM is straight forward and comprehensive. Our objective is to meet and exceed the objectives of our distributors and our principals. That translates to growing and maintaining market share for your company. Simplistically speaking, we sell more product of our principals and distributors.
